Engaging Dot ("we," "us," "our") provides video editing services for YouTube creators and founders. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.
Information we collect
When you use the "Explore" forms in our Services section to tell us about a project, we collect the information you choose to provide: your email address (required), phone number and WhatsApp number (optional), your answers to service-specific questions (such as how many videos you need edited per month, or a link to your channel), and which service you were asking about. This is stored so we can follow up with you about your project — we don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Booking a call
If you book a call with us, that booking is handled through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service embedded on this site. Any information you provide to Calendly (name, email, selected time) is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy (https://calendly.com/privacy), not just ours.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a functional session cookie used to keep our internal admin dashboard signed in — it isn't used to track visitors and has no effect if you're not logged into that dashboard.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or demo edit, and — if you become a client — deliver and manage your editing work. Submissions are visible only to Engaging Dot's team through a password-protected internal dashboard.
Data retention and your rights
We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you or maintain our client relationship. You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email us at imrabbyhassan@gmail.com.
Where we operate
Engaging Dot is headquartered in Bangladesh and serves clients primarily in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Information you submit may be processed and stored on servers outside your own country.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
